Form information

Depending on the page, a form may ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred reply method, ZIP code, property or vehicle details, timing, topic, and a short request note. Do not submit sensitive identifiers, financial or payment information, medical details, passwords, alarm or entry codes, or account-access information. After the delivery provider accepts a validated request, the message goes to a fixed authorized agency recipient by email. The visitor cannot choose the sender or recipient. Service providers may perform message delivery, abuse prevention, site operation, and audience measurement only for those functions. This website does not keep form answers in a submission database, browser storage or routine message-content logs. Ordinary agency mailbox retention applies after accepted delivery; there is no separate automatic cleanup period created by this website.

Automated protections

Forms use a short-lived page-specific computational challenge, timing checks, a quiet-field trap, strict field validation and request limits. Network information is used transiently to validate the challenge and enforce limits; it is not placed in the delivered message. A request may be rejected when those checks fail.

Calls and messages

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance. You may ask not to be recorded. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority. Client information is used internally for agency purposes.

Text messages and announcements

Any text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. Consent to texts is not a condition of insurance. Announcements can be stopped through the instructions included with them.

Children

This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. A child under thirteen needs permission from a parent or guardian before using this website.

Audience measurement

The site measures page visits through a same-domain path. Measurement is cookieless, keeps cross-domain linking off and honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. It can process the page URL without query or fragment, page title, referrer stripped of its query, screen resolution, browser and device capabilities, language, clock and request timing, coarse location, a randomized visit identifier, and a network address anonymized by removing its final two bytes. Form answers are excluded. Raw visit records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Aggregate reports may remain longer. The collection route cannot display an analytics dashboard.

Choices and contact
